		<description>Monica, the ricotta I used was store bought and is already baked. I used this one by Margaret River http://www.mrdc.com.au/products.htm . You might find baked ricotta in delis or sometimes in the cheese/cream cheese section of the supermarket. If you are baking at home try mixing 500g fresh ricotta with 2 eggs and baking in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180C till set.</description>
