		<description>Sally, I found the glass which stayed in the fridge longer than 3 hours didn&#039;t taste as fresh. The cream starts to harden and the cake-y bits start to dry out. I am thinking that this is the case because it is in small individual portions as opposed to a large tiramisu cake which can retain moisture and stay longer especially when cling wrapped.</description>
