I had a beautiful weekend, hectic but educational. I learnt to make handmade noodles which I put to good use after getting back home from the Hunter Valley. I made this handmade noodle chicken soup and it really fed our souls especially because half of us are sniffling and fighting the last of the winter’s cold.
