NO TIME TO COOK March 2009 Call For Entries

With the first post in the NTTC Series up, I am now officially putting up a Call For Entries post. All you talented, health conscious, fresh produce loving, savvy foodies out there … send me your recipes for the first ever "No Time To Cook" Recipe Roundup for the month of March 2009.

Please check my previous post  for ideas and the casual style required for submitting your entries.

The format to send the recipes would be as follows

Recipe Title [serves] /Checklist (a list of equipment and ingredients)/Task (a maximum of 10-12 sentences of informally listed series of actions performed)

A photo of the recipe in  .jpg/.png format

Your Name/Email Address/Blog or Website Address/Link to the recipe if posted on a blog or website.

Recipe Requirements : Fresh Produce [Fruits/Veggies/Meat/Dairy] + Pantry Staples [Legumes/Pasta/Rice/Spices] + 10-15 mins [Preparation & Cooking Time] A few minutes give or take is fine.

Please send your recipes and photos to sneh.roy at gelskitchen dot com with the Subject "NTTC March 2009". Please spread the word on twitter with the #NTTC tag Last day of receiving entries is 25th March 2009.

Be creative, Keep it simple and have fun. The goal is to create a simple, nutritious and interesting recipe in under 10-15 minutes. I look forward to your submissions which will be featured on the blog on 31st March 2009. Let us try to build the biggest collection of healthy 10-15 minute recipes for our fast and busy lives!
