Cook Republic Files – Favourites December 2011

Cook Republic Files - Favourites December 2011
I am loving so many things this month. I definitely have eggs on my mind and red, black and white. Maybe it is a Christmas thing … you know? with all the baking and the colours. Hope this eclectic mix of foodie items inspire your creativity the way they inspire mine.

1. Everything Stops For Tea Framed Print
A gorgeous vintage poster encased in a black metal frame. I love how chic and modern this is.

A rustic looking quirky board that would make for an interesting cheese platter. Hand crafted by J.K. Adams.

3. Chicken Egg Basket
A beautiful quilted egg basket that holds a dozen fresh eggs safe and warm.

4. Fried Eggs iPhone skin
So so quirky. I love my fried egg more than anything and waking up to this every morning would be perfect.

5. Ceramic Spotty Spaghetti Dish
A spot of baking with a dash of colour.

Polaframes are great for retro-junkies, photographers and people who own a fridge. Print your favourite holidays snaps, rip out cute images from magazines, then simply stick them to a metal surface with a Polaframe and voila! instant retro vibes.

7. Alessi Gnam Bread Bin
One snazzy looking bread bin designed by Stefano Giovannoni made of thermoplastic resin which keeps bread fresher for longer.

8. Pantone iPad 2 Book case
A beautiful red Pantone chip iPad 2 book case, perfect for the colour nerd in you.

9. Attia Stoneware Plate – Tear Drop
Loving this Attia stoneware dish. Black and shaped like a drop, it would set off food beautifully.

Designed by Niels Romer, this gorgeous bowl looks like a splash of paint suspended in time.
