Every few years I obsess over a new colour. Although white and black remain my eternal favourites, I go through a red phase, or lavendar, or tan. For the past several months I have been on such a happy yellow kick! My favourites for June 2012 are an ode to that cheery colour. I have put together a nifty little visual for the products I am crushing on at the moment. Fonts used for the graphics are my current favourites as well –
Skitch by Yellow Design,
KG Skinny Latte by Kimberly Geswein,
Five Minutes by Oleg Zhuravlev. The blog, photography and food links that are not in the graphic are at the bottom of the list. Have a lovely weekend lovelies!!
When I saw this
breakfast time crochet scarf over on
Chocolatesuze’s website, I HAD to buy it. Lucky for me, the creator KellyzKreationz had one in stock in her
Etsy store. I could live on Fried Eggs & Buttered Toast all my life. She has some gorgeous "Salad" and "Cupcake" crocheted scarfs if you love quirky stuff!
I was lucky to be sent a quartet of gorgeous bracelets in shades of brown and beige from the M-Studio in Sydney. Their jewellery is stunning in style, complexity and form. Love it! Pictured here, The Buddha Bracelet in Light Grey.
How utterly gorgeous is this

The boys have bought me this cute
beach cruiser bike in yellow for my birthday in August. It is hard knowing that it is sitting in the garage and I have to wait another 2 months before I can ride it. But I love it already, especially because it matches
my Bee.
I recently went to the Finders Keepers Winter Markets in Sydney and was introduced to Body Part’s Tubeway Armies. They make warm, happy things like Necklace Scarves each with a one-off combination of eyecatching discs of colour, Midriff Warmers, Childrens Tubeway Armies and Wrist Warmers. All their products are hand stitched using upcycled woollen jumpers with absolutely minimal to no waste. I bought a pair of tan wrist warmers which I might add have become inseparable, even while I sleep.
Yellow Pepper Saucepan from Cornerstore. A bit over the top, but thoroughly cute.
The
LEFF Amsterdam Wall Clock. Beautiful and clever. It only has hands, so you can find a big plain old wall and make a feature out of it.
Swissvoice Epure Corded Handset Base.

Love this list… and I wanted to wish you a happy July!
Thanks for sharing such interesting links…
Love the ‘You know you’re a food blogger if…’ link 😉
I love yellow, your new cruiser is too cute!
A lovely list! The pan and phone are awesome.
Cheers,

That awesome bike is sitting in your garage and you aren’t riding it?! Goodness you have more willpower than I do, I’d want to take it for a spin right away!
