- 1 cup (200g) passionfruit pulp
- 2 cups (500ml) water
- 1 cup (250ml) maple syrup
- 1/2 cup (125ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Place all ingredients in a large, heavy bottomed saucepan on medium heat.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool completely.
- Pour in a clean and dry glass bottle. Seal with a lid. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
