Ingredients

Zest of 1 orange
Juice of 1 orange

Greek yoghurt

apple juice

honey
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
Cover with a lid and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
Serve with extra yoghurt, fresh berries or rhubarb compote.
Notes
Make It Vegan - Substitute Greek yoghurt with coconut yoghurt/plant based yoghurt. Swap honey for maple syrup.
